Manufacturing Capacity:
Line 1: 730,000 tons of cement/year, 1 million tons of clinker/year
Line 2: 1,100,000 tons of cement/year, 1.5 million tons of clinker/year.
Clinker production plant with on-site supply and Long An grinding terminal
Technology: POLYSIUS (France) provided line 1 equipment, which has been operatingsince1991. BEDESCHI (Italy), POLYSIUS (Germany), PFEIFFER (Austria), HAVER & BOECKER (Germany), and Areva (Singapore) provided line 2 equipment, which has been operatingsince2012.
Loading Capacity: Waterway: 6,200 tons of cement/day & Roadway: 1,000 tons of cement/day

The listed cement products (Vicem Ha Tien Portland Cement PC40, Vicem Ha Tien Portland Cement PC50, Vicem Ha Tien Portland Cement (ASTM C150-Type I) ) are manufactured with the same formulation and production process at Kien Luong plant. Differences between products are limited to packaging types, commercial names, and target applications. All relevant technical and environmental data are identical, and any variations are less than 1%.
