1. Binh Phuoc Plant
Location: Thanh Binh Hamlet, Thanh Luong Commune, Binh Long Town, Binh Phuoc, VietNam( Dong Nai, Vietnam).
Manufacturing Capacity: 1.45 million tons of cement/year – 2.1 million tons of clinker/year. Clinker production plant with on-site supply and Phu Huu & Cam Ranh grinding terminal
Technology: The most modern closed production chains of POLYSIUS (Germany), ABB(Switzerland), LOESCHE, AND HAVER BOECKER (Germany), adhering to European standards to minimize dust emissions.
Loading Capacity (Road): Roadway: 9.000 tons of cement/day.
2. Phu Huu Grinding Terminal
Location: Unit 8, Block 4, Phu Huu Ward,, HCMC, Viet Nam
Manufacturing Capacity: 2.6 million tons of cement/year
Technology: The most modern technology supplied by LOESCHE and HAVERBOECKER (Germany), ABB (Switzerland)
Loading Capacity: Waterway: 4,000 tons of cement/day & Roadway: 5,000 tons of cement/day
3. Cam Ranh Grinding Terminal
Location: Cam Thinh Dong Ward, Cam Ranh District, Khanh Hoa Province, Viet Nam
Manufacturing Capacity: 900,000 tons of cement/year.
Technology: Modern production technology supplied by POLYSIUS (Germany) and ABB(Switzerland).
Loading Capacity (Road): 3,000 tons of cement/day.
II. Product identification & specification of clinker :
The clinker produced by Vicem Ha Tien at the Binh Phuoc Plant is engineered for the manufacturing of high-quality cement in compliance with the EN 197-1 standard. With an annual production capacity of 2,1 million tons/year, this clinker is suitable for a wide range of cement types, ensuring consistency, durability, and performance in construction materials.
This high-performance clinker is utilized in cement production not only at the Binh Phuoc Plant but also at the Phu Huu Grinding Station and the Cam Ranh Grinding Station. It supports the production of various cement grades tailored to different market needs, including residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects, where superior cement performance is required.
