I. Factories :
1. Kien Luong Plant Location: Route 80, Lo Bom Block, Kien Luong district, Kien Giang province, Viet Nam (AnGiang, Vietnam) .
Manufacturing Capacity:
Line 1: 730,000 tons of cement/year, 1 million tons of clinker/year
Line 2: 1,100,000 tons of cement/year, 1.5 million tons of clinker/year.
Clinker productionplantwith on-site supply and Long An grinding terminal
Technology: POLYSIUS (France) provided line 1 equipment, which has been operating since1991. BEDESCHI (Italy), POLYSIUS (Germany), PFEIFFER (Austria), HAVER & BOECKER (Germany), and Areva (Singapore) provided line 2 equipment, which has been operating since 2012.
Loading Capacity: Waterway: 6,200 tons of cement/day & Roadway: 1,000 tons of cement/day
2. Long An Grinding Terminal
Location: Long Dinh Industrial Zone, Can Duoc District, Long An province, Viet Nam ( TayNinh, Vietnam).
Manufacturing Capacity: 1,000,000 tons of cement/year Technology: PFEIFFER (Austria)
Loading Capacity: Waterway: 2,000 tons of cement/day & Roadway: 3,000 tons of cement/day
II. Product identification & specification of clinker :
The clinker produced by Vicem Ha Tien at the Kien Luong Plant is engineered for the manufacturing of high-quality cement in compliance with the EN 197-1 standard. With an annual production capacity of 2,5 million tons/year, this clinker is suitable for a wide range of cement types, ensuring consistency, durability, and performance in construction materials.
This high-performance clinker is utilized in cement production not only at the Kien Luong Plant but also at the Long An Grinding Station. It supports the production of various cement grades tailored to different market needs, including residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects, where superior cement performance is required.
